Recently, a video of a dog joining its owner for exercise has gone viral. While many individuals have workout partners, Kevin also has one in the form of Ellie, his adorable pet Golden Retriever.

As Kevin performs a few push-ups at the beginning of the video, his dog Ellie is seated on the couch, watching to ensure Kevin keeps the good form. The Golden Retriever, Ellie, then jumped up onto Kevin’s back. Ellie is on top of Kevin as he performs more push-ups. Ellie may have been challenging Kevin or she may have just wanted him to quit. Kevin is in splits as she hops off of him while he is lying flat on the ground.
