As a dachshund attempts to flee by using a larger dog as a stepladder, Houdini should make way for Houdini.
In a video that has been viewed more than 45,000 times since it was put on TikTok on Wednesday, the wiener dog has become famous.
More than 4,200 people have liked the video posted by @midlandsdaxies, and other TikTokers couldn’t stop laughing at the little pup using his “big brother” as a doorway out of the kitchen. The video is accessible here.

Dogs attempt to escape for many reasons, ranging from loneliness, boredom, territorial roaming, mate-seeking, an underlying curiosity, anxiety, or a combination of these.
Given the presence of several other dachshunds and the larger dog in the space, it is obvious that this dog is not alone.
The dog owner claims the escape was successful in the comments section because, according to what she informed another user, “she was out again when I got home at lunch.”
The dachshund has received nothing but love from TikTokers, who have dubbed her a “genius.”
Because the larger dog appears to “know the drill” and waits by the baby gate to be jumped on, some users have noticed that this can’t be the first time it has happened.
