When @kirbysdogland and his paw-rents had to temporarily leave their home, they forgot a few very important things–Kirby’s toys! Luckily, their loving pup was quick to forgive, but he could never forget. This playful Labrador couldn’t wait any longer to chew on something fun, though, so he had to make do with whatever he had around him.
Just wait until you see what he chose to chomp on! Viewers are finding it so sweet that this boy is happy playing with household items, but just wait until you see the surprise Kirby and his family got soon after!
Aww, Kirby! He’s such a precious boy playing with his towel! It melts our hearts to see the way he’s holding it between his paws, too–but is there anything this guy can do that isn’t adorable?
“Very innovative 10/10,” wrote commenter @ma.adison. That’s what we were thinking too! Hotel towels are used for so many unsanitary purposes throughout their lives, anyways–what’s the harm in letting a dog have one?
@Kassiecorby confirmed, “As a previous hotel worker they throw out so many rags for any little thing they won’t miss one rag.” Exactly! Besides, every towel meets it end at one point or another!
Kirby was being such a good sport about his makeshift toy, but then @petco swooped in and changed the game. They wrote, “Send us Kirby’s list & where you’re staying. We want to make sure he has the best time ever!” OMG, that’s so generous!
We’re so happy to see that Petco followed through on their promise! Kirby seems oh-so-happy to get his paws on a couple new toys, and we’re sure his parents are just as grateful.
