Animal behavior can give us a sense of their level of happiness.

When they’re happy, ferrets chirp, horses point their ears in your direction and smile, and parrots sing, whistle, or grind their beaks together to make a purring sound.

One of the more dependable and common ways to determine whether a creature is content is through play. Animals who are playful will leap into the air, pounce, kick their feet up when running, and generally be more animated than is necessary.

There is, however, an Instagram account called The Snuggle Is Real for a more visual explanation. Since it has published a number of new posts since our last article on it and presents wholesome images of both wild and domestic animals enjoying life, we felt we couldn’t let you miss out on its information.
