Start by bringing 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium pot over medium heat then add one 6 ounce can tuna packed in water along with one small potato peeled and diced into small cubes as well as one carrot peeled and diced into small cubes too. Simmer for 10 minutes then remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring ingredients including liquid into blender or food processor then blend until smooth consistency is reached adding more water if needed during blending process if necessary.. Serve warm or cold depending on preference!
