Samson and Boomer are 2 Newfoundland puppy brothers who got adopted into really nice forever homes. The pair knew that they were going to have comfortable lives with their respective families, but they still felt a tinge of heartbreak as they got separated from each other.

However, Samson and Boomer’s families wanted the puppies to stay in touch. The families reached out to each other and decided to share video messages of the puppies at regular intervals. That way, the puppies would see each other growing up and would be assured of the other’s constant presence in their lives!

In this video, we see Samson’s heartbreaking reaction on receiving his first video message from Boomer. We see Mom playing the video on her laptop, while Samson casually walks around. But soon, the familiar barks make him freeze in his tracks and he runs to Mom with a quizzical look on his face.

The moment Samson realizes that the barks belong to his dear brother, he is overcome with emotions. He pauses for a while, and then expresses himself through the most poignant eyes and painful barks. Aww! The poor puppy really misses his brother! We hope the puppies get to reunite soon for a fun play-date!

Dog Told He’s Getting Adopted After 4-Years In Shelter, Does Cutest Happy Dance Ever

Dreadlock is nearly ten years old and has spent the last four years of his life at a shelter called The Soi Dog Foundation in Thailand. He arrived at the shelter with horrible skin problems, as well as a dirty, matted coat, which is how he got his name.

The staff at the shelter took great care of Dreadlock, groomed him, and were able to clear up his bad skin issues. He is now doing so much better! But for some reason, he’s been overlooked time and time again and has had trouble finding a home for all these years. Many people were missing out on such a great dog!

Since Dreadlock is an older dog, he’s very down to Earth and doesn’t get excited about much. Like most senior dogs, he enjoys peace and quiet and isn’t very active. But when staff told him he was getting adopted, he bounced off the walls with joy!

Of course, he can’t actually understand what humans are saying…or can he? Maybe dogs just have a good sense of when something good is happening. Either way, it’s so heartwarming to see how happy Dreadlock is and to know that after all these years of waiting, he will soon be going to his forever home in the U.K.
