Lucy is an absolutely adorable double merle dog that belongs to TikTok user @echobadlistener. A double merle dog is created when two merles of any color-way are bred together, and when this happens, there is sadly a chance that the puppies will be born deaf, with vision impairments, or with both. Lucy is one of the dogs that is both deaf and visually impaired.
This in no way stops this precious girl from getting the sweetest happiest feet ever when she is dropped off at daycare, which you can see in the video blow.
We just adore how excited this precious girl is! A lot of deaf dogs can feel vibrations in their feet, and their senses of smell become even more highly attuned, so we are pretty positive Lucy knew just where she was going. @Not-claire comments, “OH! Soooo cute!”
