Dogs who are left unattended in the backyard tend to get into trouble. They like to take action first and consider the repercussions later, as seen by one particular puppy who surprised his father by appearing in the backyard after being allowed out to relieve itself.
Ted, a Golden Retriever owned by TikTok user @aguyandagolden, was recently seen in a video going outside to use the restroom. Ted was swimming in the pool, though, when his dad arrived to see what the dog was up to! To witness Ted’s response to being found with his pool noodles, watch the video.

He gave his dad a guilty side-eye, and it’s so funny! Ted was annoyed that he was discovered in the pool, but he was having such a good time that he doesn’t seem to be regretting it.
Ted’s amusing side-eye was a hot topic in the comments section. Ted’s expression is just great! @leah.leah562 wrote, “Teddy has the best side-eye,” and @maree 84 said, “The side-eye gets me every time!”

Ted is such a comical dog. He knew he wasn’t expecting his father to appear outside, but he reasoned that it wouldn’t harm him. In the future, Ted might want to stick to digging holes in flowerbeds.
