We have a lot of admiration for those who risk their lives to save others. It is a tremendously selfless act that demonstrates a high degree of empathy and concern for other people. We are in awe of the man who did this when he risked everything to perform a terrifying rescue in order to save a trapped puppy.

We are so grateful that this puppy was saved, OMGosh! This puppy had escaped from his residence and strayed into the tracks, not been dumped, as the user who shared the video stated in a comment. Thank god for this kind soul who made sure the puppy will live. People like this help us to believe in mankind!
