The wounded puppy lay motionless in the road as the Animal Aid Unlimited rescuers arrived on scene. They noticed the puncture wounds on his neck, and they had to lift him carefully.

He was dying and needed immediate help, so back to the animal hospital they went…

Here they would do everything in their power to save the little one. They started off with some pain meds and a fluid IV, and then a cleaning of his wounds to get him on track to heal.

The dog was exhausted and couldn’t stand, and the next day his whole head had swollen. He would need help eating, but soon enough he was taking some wobbly steps on his own!

And just wait until you see what Ray’s up to today. 🙂
