There aren’t many playgrounds hidden among the trees in the forest. Certainly, none that one may recognize as playgrounds.

The woodland appears very differently from a bear’s perspective. In fact, some artistic bear cubs have shown that anything can be a slide if you’re imaginative enough.

A rock face that also served as an excellent slide was recently discovered by bear brothers Ash and Riley, as well as their friend Billie, as they were playing in the woods. Riley is unfortunate because Ash sometimes jumps down the rock face first without signaling Riley.

Watch that amusing incident here:

The Kilham Bear Center in New Hampshire is home to rescued bears. The 27 bears in the center, including the cubs, will be cared for and watched over there until they are 18 months old and able to be released back into the wild.

After being abandoned by their mother when somebody disturbed their den, Ash, Riley, and Billie all made their way to the center.

Fortunately, these tough cubs now have a secure environment in which to develop and play.

“They are affectionate, fun-loving, and intelligent beings who like to create all sorts of hijinks,” one representative from The Kilham Bear Center told The Dodo.

These bear cubs will eventually have all the necessary experience to go out and live their own lives. The world is their playground while they wait.
