Sid was being put to death by her relatives when Sidewalk Specials first encountered her on Outreach in De Doorns. They were unsure about how to handle the dog’s malignant growth.

But to give her the second opportunity at life that she earned, these rescuers would locate her a sponsor for chemotherapy.

Sid was terrified, but there was no other option. The funding ultimately covered twelve chemotherapy sessions, and that was plenty.

Not only was the adorable girl given the news that she was cancer-free, but she also received her forever home. Today, greet her with a grin that suits her.
