Okay, we’re at a loss as to whether the dog or the view is more lovely. This puppy looks quite content to be with his mother, but that sunset is pretty difficult to beat. You can scroll through the comments to find @Denverdogguide’s directions for going to Lookout Mountain.
This would be an excellent place to visit if you’re in the Denver region! You won’t have to stray too far from the usual road, just like watcher @reecebodeen remarked, “I love this since this is one of the only ones that’s ACTUALLY 20 minutes from Denver.”
It appears like it could be a fantastic view at any time of day, which is why we enjoyed @cmlntvd’s query: “Is this a good dawn spot also?” However, the Mountain View is to the west, but there is a peak that views to the east over golden, and I suppose sunrise would be good that way, as Denver Dog Guide stated.
On a sunrise date with their dog, it seems like someone will have to give it a shot!
