An LA woman is going through one of the worst experiences a pet owner might have to face – she lost her beloved 4-year-old French Bulldog. The incident happened in January and for the past two months, Yasmine Haezaert has been going door to door asking for help in locating her precious fur baby.

Searching for a lost pet is time-consuming. That’s why Haezaert decided to take off from work to dedicate all her time and attention to finding her dog. And along the way, she’s helped others. Take a look full story from LA’s Fox 11 news station.

Ugh, our hearts are breaking listening to this story. No pet owner should ever have to go through this. We can’t imagine how taxing it must be for her. But we do applaud Haezaert for her devotion to finding her dog and never giving up hope that he’s still out there.

“I go door to door. I’ve been following up on every single lead that comes to me. I have gone to see backyard breeders. I have gone to shelters, rescues, businesses. I have reached out to celebrities. I have enlisted cadaver dogs, a detective with local LAPD, private detectives, intuitives, animal psychics, there is no stone I will leave unturned,” she told Fox 11. That’s absolutely amazing how much she’s doing.

Her journey to finding her dog has led to her helping other fur babies along the way. She’s helped rescue three other dogs. Plus, she’s fostering another French Bulldog. Incredible! We truly hope all her hard work and dedication leads her to her fur baby.
